# Connecting Your Google Calendar

Find your calendar connection in artist settings. Apprentice describes this integration as syncing appointments and importing busy time.

## Before you start

Sign in as an artist and choose **Your studio**. You need access to the Google account whose calendar you want to connect.

## Find the connection

1. On mobile web, tap **More**, expand **Setup**, and choose **Settings**.
2. Under **Run Operations**, choose **Integrations**.
3. Find **Google Calendar**. If no account is linked, the screen shows **Not connected** and a **Connect** button.

4. Choose **Connect** when you are ready to authorize your calendar account.
   Review the account and requested permissions before accepting them.

## Confirm the connection

Return to **Integrations** and check the displayed connection state.
Then compare a known appointment's date, time, and timezone with its Google Calendar entry.
Before relying on busy-time blocking, check a time occupied by a Google event against your public booking page.

Do not assume that a connection prompt alone means syncing has finished.
If authorization does not finish, return to Integrations and check the state before trying again.
