# Contacting Support

Find the help center and support email from inside Apprentice.

1. Open **More → Help and support**.
2. Browse the help categories or choose **Visit the help center**.
3. Use the displayed **support@useapprentice.com** address if you need help with an unresolved problem.

Include your role, the page you used, the time, the steps you tried, and the exact visible error. Redact private information from screenshots and never send passwords, payment-card details, or private login links.
