# Creating Flash Designs with Inventory Tracking

Upload a flash design and choose how clients can engage with it. Check saved settings before relying on an inventory limit.

## Create a flash design

1. In your artist workspace, open **More → Gallery → Flash**.
2. Choose **Upload**, then **Choose File** to select your design image.
3. Enter the design name, description, category, session length, and base price.
4. Choose **Direct Booking**, **Request Only**, or **Display Only** for the design.
5. Review the available sizes and any size-specific price or duration.
6. Submit the form and wait for the design card to appear. Reload and reopen the design to check its details.

## Set and verify inventory

The **Direct Booking** editor exposes these inventory choices:

- **Unlimited**
- **One and Done**
- **Limited Quantity**, with a quantity from 1 to 100

It also exposes **Show When Sold Out**, deposit choices, and a reservation period. These controls do not establish that a booking or deposit has completed.

1. Open the card's **More actions → Edit Design**.
2. Choose the inventory mode and quantity, then save.
3. Reload and reopen the editor before making a limited design available.

**If the inventory setting does not save:** Reload and reopen the editor. If the quantity differs from your choice, keep the design unavailable and contact support.

## Manage availability

Use **More actions → Make Unavailable** to take an available design out of circulation. Reload the gallery to check its availability.

**Archive** opens a confirmation and removes the design from the active gallery. Archiving is not deletion. Review any existing bookings separately.
