# Managing Aftercare Instructions

Use your shop's **Aftercare** page to find aftercare records and check their status. You need access to the shop workspace.

## Find an aftercare record

1. Check the workspace name, then open **More** → **Aftercare** under **Operations**.
2. Use **Search aftercare records** to narrow the list.
3. Select **Filters**. Choose a status or artist, then select **Apply filters**.

4. Read the status on the matching record. For example, **Sent, not viewed** means the record does not show that the client viewed the instructions. It does not prove that the client read them.
5. If no records match, clear the filters. In the filter sheet, select **Clear filters**, then **Apply filters**. Use **Refresh aftercare records** to check for changes.

The status picker includes **Pending**, **Sent**, **Viewed**, and **Expired**. A filtered-empty list does not mean your shop has no aftercare records.

## Manage the content

Open **More** → **Waivers** under **Content** to work with templates. Choose content for the service your client received. Review the wording and setup before using it with clients.

## If aftercare is missing

Check the correct shop, client, and appointment before following up. Clear filters and refresh the list. Check that the intended service has appropriate aftercare content configured.

Do not assume an instruction was delivered just because a session ended. Check the record and confirm with the client when needed. If you still cannot find the expected record, contact support with the appointment details.
