# Managing Design Revisions and Approvals

Use a project's design collaboration workspace to review client feedback. Confirm the correct project and design before acting.

## Review a change request

1. Open the project and its **Designs** tab.
2. Open the saved design's collaboration workspace.
3. Open **chat & actions**. The client's initial review controls include **Approve Design** and **Request Changes**.
4. After the client requests changes, reopen the design as the artist and inspect the request and comments.

After a change request, the review panel offers **Update Design** and **Mark Ready Again**. Read the client’s feedback before preparing the next revision.

A comment is not proof of final approval. Check the design's displayed review state and resolve unclear feedback with the client before proceeding.

## If comments repeat or the design is cropped

Close the collaboration workspace and contact support with the project and time. Avoid repeatedly saving the same comment.
