# Managing Notification Preferences

Choose how Apprentice alerts you and which updates you want.

1. Open **Account menu → Account settings → Notifications**.
2. Review the channel choices: **In-app**, **Email**, **SMS**, and **Push**.
3. Review the notification types and **Quiet Hours** separately.
4. Choose **Save changes** after an edit, then reload and check it.
