# Tracking Team Usage and Adoption

Shop Billing shows resource capacity. A seat count alone does not show whether a team member is using Apprentice successfully.

1. Open **More → Settings → Billing & Subscription**.
2. Review the artists meter and **Usage Alerts**.
3. Compare current artists with included seats before inviting more people.
4. Ask your team which workflows they use and where they need help.

An artist-seat warning means you are approaching or have reached your plan’s capacity. It does not measure how often your team uses Apprentice.
