# Troubleshooting Notification Issues

Check the appointment and saved settings before assuming a notification was sent.

1. Open **Appointments** and confirm the appointment's current date and status.
2. Open **Account menu → Account settings → Notifications**.
3. Review the intended channel, **Appointment reminders**, and **Quiet Hours**. Save any intended change and reload to check it.
4. If the reminder is still missing, use **More → Help and support**. Include the appointment time, channel, and what you observed.

Check your appointment directly even if a reminder is missing. Contact your artist if you are unsure about the appointment time or arrival instructions.
