# Understanding Shop Performance Metrics

Use the shop Revenue page to inspect income and artist-payout information. Keep the displayed period and payment category with each number.

1. Open **More → Business → Revenue** in the shop workspace.
2. Check the selected month before reading the totals.
3. Read **Collected** carefully: its help text describes card payments collected in the selected month and says outside payments stay in History.
4. Inspect **By artist**, **History**, or **By client** for the relevant view.

Use **History** to look up outside payments. Check the month and payment category when comparing totals with your own records.
