# Understanding Your Booking Calendar

Use your artist calendar to find appointments, check their times, and open their details.

## Before you start

Sign in as an artist and choose **Your studio**. These steps describe the mobile web calendar.
Shop staff use their shop workspace to view the shop calendar.

## Read your calendar

1. Tap **Appointments** in the bottom navigation.

The calendar shows appointments for your artist workspace.

2. Choose **Day**, **Week**, or **Month**.

**Day** shows a time grid. **Week** shows the week and its appointments.
**Month** shows dates with dots for appointments. Tap a date to see its appointments below the month.
You can then open that date's day view.

3. Use the left and right arrows to change the displayed date range.
When you have moved away from today, use **Go to today** to return.
Read the timezone on each appointment: the calendar explains that appointment blocks use each location's local time.

4. Tap **More calendar options**, the three-dot button, to inspect display options and the status legend.

The menu includes **Show cancelled**, **Allow buffer overlap**, and **Show post-session buffer**.
Use the written status labels to read appointments; do not rely on color alone.
Close the menu before selecting an appointment.

5. Tap an appointment to open its details. Read its time, status, client, and service.
Available tabs include **Overview**, **Edit**, and **Reschedule** for an eligible appointment.
Opening a tab does not mean a change has been saved.

A shop appointment may say that preparation is managed in the shop workspace and offer **Open shop preparation**.

## Check the result

You should be able to find the intended appointment and confirm its date, time, timezone, and status.
Check the appointment details before making a scheduling change.

## If an appointment seems missing

- Check that you chose the correct workspace and date.
- Look at another calendar view to inspect the selected date.
- Check **Show cancelled** if you are looking for a cancelled appointment.
- If details do not finish loading, avoid repeating a save or booking action. Return to the calendar and try opening the appointment again.
