# Uploading and Organizing Your Portfolio

Add images and descriptions to your artist portfolio from your studio workspace.

## Upload an image

1. On your phone, open **More → Gallery → Portfolio**.
2. Choose **Upload**. An empty portfolio also offers **Upload your first image**.
3. Choose an image. The upload form accepts PNG, JPG, and WebP up to **5 MB**.
4. Enter a title and description. Choose the style tags that match the image.
5. Submit the form and wait for the portfolio card to appear.
6. Reload Portfolio and choose **Edit** on that card. Check that the image, title, description, and tags were saved.

Use clear images you have permission to share. Describe drawings and generated concepts accurately so clients can distinguish them from completed tattoos.

## Organize or remove work

Use **Search portfolio** to find an item. Each card offers **Edit** and **Delete**. Deleting opens a confirmation dialog; cancel if you selected the wrong item.

Cards also show **Move earlier** and **Move later**. If an ordering control is unavailable, leave the image in place and contact support for help.

## If an upload does not finish

Check the displayed file limit and format. Wait for the card before treating the upload as saved, then reload and inspect it. If it is missing, contact support with the time and visible error. Avoid repeatedly submitting while a request is pending.
