# Using Chat Effectively with Clients

Choose the correct client conversation before composing a message.

1. Open **Messages** in the artist phone navigation.
2. Select the client from **Conversations** and check the recipient in the conversation header.
3. Find **Type your message**, **Attach image**, and **Send message** before composing.

Use the inbox filters to find the conversation you need. Check the recipient again before sending a message or attaching an image.

If feedback repeats unexpectedly, avoid resubmitting it and contact support with the conversation and time.
