# Viewing Shop-Wide Client Relationships

Open Clients from the shop workspace to inspect a client relationship across the shop.

1. Switch to the correct shop and choose **Clients** in phone navigation.
2. Review **Active**, **Archived**, search, and **Filters**. Confirm the client identity before opening **View**.
3. Expand the client's sheet to inspect **Profile**, **Activity**, and **Files** controls.
4. Open **Manage client** to inspect available actions. The owner menu includes **New project**, **Export client data**, and **Archive client**.

If you see **Failed to load clients**, clear the search and filters, then try opening the client from the list. Contact support if the error continues. Avoid adding a duplicate client.
