# Why Can't I Book an Appointment?

Check the page and the current step before trying again.

1. Use the full booking-page link from your artist and confirm the correct service.
2. On **Schedule**, use **Jump to next available** or the week controls if your preferred date has no times.
3. Check the required fields on the next step. **Contact Information** requires first name, last name, and email before continuing.
4. If a supported page still fails, contact support with the page, selected date, and exact error. Do not include private booking tokens in a public screenshot.

If **Continue** is unavailable, check for missing required fields or an error message. Contact your artist if there are no suitable appointment times.
