I Didn't Receive My Appointment Reminder

Check the appointment and saved settings before assuming a notification was sent.


  1. Open Appointments and confirm the appointment's current date and status.
  2. Open Account menu → Account settings → Notifications.
  3. Review the intended channel, Appointment reminders, and Quiet Hours. Save any intended change and reload to check it.
  4. If the reminder is still missing, use More → Help and support. Include the appointment time, channel, and what you observed.


Check your appointment directly even if a reminder is missing. Contact your artist if you are unsure about the appointment time or arrival instructions.
