Why Can't I Book an Appointment?

Check the page and the current step before trying again.


  1. Use the full booking-page link from your artist and confirm the correct service.
  2. On Schedule, use Jump to next available or the week controls if your preferred date has no times.
  3. Check the required fields on the next step. Contact Information requires first name, last name, and email before continuing.
  4. If a supported page still fails, contact support with the page, selected date, and exact error. Do not include private booking tokens in a public screenshot.


If Continue is unavailable, check for missing required fields or an error message. Contact your artist if there are no suitable appointment times.
