Exporting Your Clients
Download your clients as a CSV file, or save one client's documents as a ZIP file.
Export your client list
- Open Clients and choose Select.
- Check the clients you want. Choose Select page to pick everyone on the page.
- Choose Export, then one option:
- Export N selected clients saves only the clients you checked.
- Export all N matching clients saves every client that matches your current search and filters.
The CSV lists each client's name, email, phone, lifetime value, appointments, designs, messages, last interaction, member since date, status, and VIP flag. One export holds up to 10,000 clients.
Read the notice
A notice at the top of the page says how many clients you exported.
- Some clients weren't included: Your shop owns them and has turned off exports. Ask your shop owner if you need a copy.
- Your export stopped at 10,000 clients: Narrow your search or filters and export again.
Export one client's documents
- Open Clients and open the client's profile.
- Open the Files tab.
- In Forms & docs, choose Download all.
You get a ZIP file with the client's uploaded files and signed consent forms.
For shop owners
You decide whether artists can export clients the shop owns.
- Open your shop's Settings and choose Client Ownership.
- Under Ownership of new clients, choose Shop-owned.
- Turn Allow artist exports on or off. It starts off.
- Choose Review changes, then Save policy.
Only the shop owner can change this switch. When it's off, artists can still export their own clients.
If something goes wrong
- "Your shop doesn't allow exporting these clients." Every client you picked is shop-owned with exports off. Nothing was downloaded.
- "We couldn't export your clients. Please try again." Nothing was downloaded. Wait a moment and try again. Contact support if it keeps happening.
- "No clients found to export." Clear your search and filters and try again.
