Messaging Your Artist Through Chat

Open the conversation for the correct artist before composing a message.


  1. Open your project and choose Chat, or use More → Communication → Chat.
  2. Check the artist at the top of Chat with Artists.
  3. Find Type your message, Attach image, and Send message in the conversation.


Check the recipient before sending feedback or attaching an image. If comments appear repeatedly, avoid submitting them again and contact support.
