Rescheduling or Canceling an Appointment
Use your client appointment card to change an appointment time or cancel a booking.
Before you start
Sign in with the client account used for the booking. Open Appointments and find the intended appointment.
Check the artist, date, time, and location. Ask your artist about any deposit or cancellation terms before making a change.
Reschedule an appointment
- On the correct appointment card, choose Reschedule.
- In Reschedule appointment, review the timezone and appointment length. Available times are grouped by date.
- Choose the new time under the intended date. Your appointment length stays the same in this flow.
- Choose Save changes. Wait for the appointment list to return.
- Check the card's new date and time. Refresh the page and confirm the change remains.
If you decide to keep the original time, close the form without saving.
If saving fails, read the error and check the appointment before trying again.
Cancel an appointment
- On the correct card, choose Cancel.
- Read Cancel appointment?. Check the date and time in the message.
The message warns that cancellation may affect a deposit or payment and that your artist will be notified.

- Choose Cancel appointment to confirm. Choose Cancel inside the dialog to keep the booking.
- Check the appointment list after saving. Choose Past and turn on Show Cancelled to find a cancelled booking and confirm its status.
Payments and notifications
Do not assume a cancellation automatically refunds a deposit or that rescheduling transfers a payment under every policy.
Ask the artist or shop about the terms for your booking.
Check the updated appointment itself to confirm the change; email and text delivery can vary.
If an action is unavailable
Check that you opened the correct account and appointment. Available actions depend on the booking's state.
Contact the artist if you cannot make the change you need. Avoid creating a second appointment until you know the first booking's status.
