Resetting Your Password

Use the password-reset page if you cannot remember your password.


  1. On Sign In, choose Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. Choose Send Reset Link when you are ready to request the reset email.


Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email. Keep reset links private and never share your password with support.


If you know your current password, use Account settings → Security & Privacy. Enter Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password, then choose Update Password.
