Tracking Team Usage and Adoption
Shop Billing shows resource capacity. A seat count alone does not show whether a team member is using Apprentice successfully.
- Open More → Settings → Billing & Subscription.
- Review the artists meter and Usage Alerts.
- Compare current artists with included seats before inviting more people.
- Ask your team which workflows they use and where they need help.
An artist-seat warning means you are approaching or have reached your plan’s capacity. It does not measure how often your team uses Apprentice.
