Understanding Deposits and Payments

Check the artist's stated payment requirements and the records in your account before assuming a deposit has been paid.


  1. Open More → Account → Payments.
  2. Review Deposits Paid separately from Total Spent and Outstanding Balance.
  3. Open a project's Money tab for its available payment information. If the project says your artist manages billing, ask them about payments.
  4. Contact the artist through the existing project conversation if the amount or payment route is unclear.


Deposit requirements and refund terms depend on your booking. Ask your artist or shop about the terms before paying or cancelling. A requested deposit is not a paid deposit.
