Overview


Apprentice is fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to book appointments, chat with your artist or clients, check in for appointments, and manage your projects from anywhere. Whether you're using a smartphone or tablet, Apprentice provides a responsive, mobile-friendly experience.


Accessing Apprentice on Mobile


Mobile Web Browser


Recommended Browsers:

  • iOS: Safari (best compatibility), Chrome, Firefox
  • Android: Chrome (best compatibility), Firefox, Samsung Internet, Edge


How to Access:

  1. Open your mobile browser
  2. Navigate to your Apprentice URL (e.g., https://app.apprentice.com)
  3. Sign in with your email and password
  4. Use the responsive mobile interface


Add to Home Screen (for app-like experience):


On iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open Apprentice in Safari
  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Name the shortcut "Apprentice"
  5. Tap "Add"


On Android:

  1. Open Apprentice in Chrome
  2. Tap the menu (three dots)
  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Name the shortcut "Apprentice"
  5. Tap "Add"

Flow:

  1. Open booking link from email or SMS
  2. Browse artist's available times (scrollable calendar view)
  3. Select appointment date and time
  4. Fill out booking form (mobile-optimized keyboard)
  5. Submit request or pay deposit (mobile-friendly payment form)
