Using Link in Bio

Using Link in Bio

Share your most important links in one clean page that works great for your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, or anywhere you promote your work.

Overview

Link in Bio gives you a simple landing page where you can collect all your key links in one place. Instead of choosing between your booking page, portfolio, Etsy shop, or social profiles, share one URL and let visitors pick what they want to see. Apprentice hosts it for you at a clean URL like: app.useapprentice.com/artist/your-name/links

  1. Click Link in Bio in the sidebar under Business
  2. You'll see your public URL, link list, and management options

Step 1: Review Your Public URL

At the top of the page you'll see your Public URL. Copy it using the Copy link button in the top right.

  1. In the Links on your page section, click + Add link
  2. Fill in the Label — a short name visitors will see (e.g., "Book an Appointment")
  3. Paste the URL where the link should go
  4. The link appears immediately in your list

You can add up to 20 links total. A counter shows how many you've used (e.g., "2 / 20").

Drag and drop links to reorder them. Put your most important link first — that's usually your booking page.

Each link has two options:

  • Hide — Keeps the link saved but removes it from your public page
  • Remove — Deletes the link entirely

Step 5: Preview Your Page

Click Preview page to see exactly what visitors will see.

Tabs

  • Public page — Manage your links and see your URL
  • Ready to share — Quick-access sharing tools

Tips

  • Keep labels short ("Book Now" beats "Click here to book an appointment")
  • Put your booking link first since that drives revenue
  • Stick to 3-7 links — too many overwhelms visitors
  • Update seasonally — add a flash sale link during promotions, hide it after
  • Test your links after adding them

Common Issues

  • My page isn't loading — Make sure you have at least one visible link and your profile is published
  • I hit the 20-link limit — Hide or remove links you no longer need
  • A link shows as broken — Edit the link and check the URL starts with https://
