Understanding the Client Dashboard

Use your dashboard to check requests, find appointments, and open your projects.

Before you start

Sign in with your client account. This guide describes the mobile web dashboard; choose Home in the bottom navigation to return to it.

Find your way around

  1. On Home, review Total Requests, Pending, Accepted, and Completed.

These are request summaries. An accepted request is not proof that an appointment is booked.

  1. Scroll to Upcoming Appointments. Switch between Calendar view and List view.

In the calendar, use Day, Week, or Month and the previous/next controls to browse dates.

  1. Choose Appointments in the bottom navigation for the full appointment list, filters, and booking actions.
  2. Scroll to Recent Activity. Select the statuses you want to include, then use View Details for the intended item.

Recent Activity offers status checkboxes and View Details on each item.
  3. Choose Requests to follow your requests or Projects to open your project list.
  4. Open the notification bell for recent updates. Select the notice for the intended appointment or request.

Profile and shortcuts

Profile Information contains your name, pronouns, and photo controls.
Check that you are editing your own client profile before changing anything.

The Quick actions button offers New request and View projects.
For a new booking, follow the artist's current public booking link and check whether you are submitting a request or choosing an appointment time.

If something looks missing

Check the selected date, calendar view, and activity statuses. Scroll through the page; the profile and activity sections appear below the appointment section on a phone.
Use the full Appointments or Requests page to confirm an item's status.
Make sure you signed in with the account used for your booking.
